好きです、紅生姜。牛丼屋さんにあるとたっぷりのせちゃう。そのままおつまみにしてもおいしい。そんな紅生姜を調味料がわりにして、一品作ってみました。緑（きゅうり）・白（大根）・赤（紅生姜）のイタリア国旗カラーで見た目鮮やか。爽やかな辛味と酸味で暑い日にもお箸が進みますよ。
材料
- 大根 上部5cm
- きゅうり 1本
- 紅生姜 50g
- 塩 小さじ1/2
使った道具
- 包丁＆まな板
- ピーラー
- ボウル
作り方
❶大根は皮を剥き、縦薄切りにしてから千切りにする。
❷きゅうりは両端を落とし、斜め薄切りにしてから千切りにする。
❸大根ときゅうりを合わせ、塩小さじ1/2をふって塩もみにして、10分ほど置いてからぎゅっと水気を搾る。
❹紅生姜を漬け汁ごと加えて混ぜ合わせ、10分ほど冷蔵庫で寝かせたらできあがり。
たっぷり作って琺瑯容器で保存。3,4日は日持ちします。この分量だとあっさりした漬物のような塩味。大根を倍量にするとサラダ感覚で食べられます。お好みでどうぞ。夏の常備菜におすすめです。
