
ストック乾物があればいい。包丁いらず。材料をちぎって入れるだけの超簡単レシピ。白米を食べなくなってしまった娘もモリモリ食べてくれました。
(お子さんに作る場合は、海老アレルギーがない前提で。)
材料
・米 3合
・乾燥とろろ昆布 20g
・乾燥桜海老 20g
・白だし 大さじ2
・酒 大さじ1
・水 炊飯器のメモリ3合分(staubの鍋では約550ml)
用意する道具
・炊飯器(鍋)
・計量カップ
手順
1.米3合を研いで水を切る

2.とろろ昆布を手で細かくちぎっておく

3.炊飯器(鍋)に、米、白だし(大さじ2)、酒(大さじ1)、水(炊飯器の3合分にの目盛まで)を入れてかき混ぜ、とろろ昆布、桜海老を加えて30分置き、炊飯する
4.炊き上がったらさっくりとかき混ぜてできあがり

↓とろろ昆布をほぐすようにしゃもじを入れる

所要時間
・下準備 35分
・炊飯 30分
ポイント
●白だしの量はご家庭のものによって希釈の調節を。
●とろろ昆布は炊き上がると塊になりがちなので、細かく裂いておくとよい。
●あっさりめの味付けなので、いくらやとびっこ、たらこなどの魚卵をのせても美味しい。
