串焼き屋で銀杏を見つけたら必ず頼みます。酒飲み母さんfj（@sake_mama）です。
初詣に出かけた神社で銀杏をいただきました。境内の銀杏の木から落ちたもの。縁起物なので、無病息災を願ってさっそく食べます！ここは一つ、シンプルに炒っていきましょう。下処理と殻・皮剥きは夫の仕事です。よろしく。

「焼き銀杏」の作り方
※蓋が吹き飛ばないように必ず重たい蓋を選んで（以前アルミの蓋が銀杏の弾ける勢いで吹き飛びましたw）
※蓋を開けたら銀杏が跳ねることもあるので要注意！少し離れましょう。
仕上げに塩を降ってできあがりです。
銀杏の甘さと塩気が絶妙にマッチ！食べ出したら止まりませんが、食べすぎると中毒になるので要注意。ほどほどにしておきましょう。
合わせたお酒
SUNTORY（サントリー）の東京クラフトペールエール。
カスケードホップを使用した、心地よい苦味と爽やかな香りのビールです（公式サイトより）。炒った銀杏の香ばしい香りとビールの苦味がよく合います。いくらでもグビグビいけそう。うまいです。冬に暖かい部屋で飲むビールもまたたまらん。1缶では終われませんでした。
