昨日のお弁当のエントリに登場した「牛肉ときのこのポン酢炒め」。レシピをメモ。
材料
・牛肉細切れor薄切り 1パック
・まいたけ 半パック
・エリンギ 小1本
・ポン酢 フライパンに1まわし
・酒 フライパンに1まわし
・黒胡椒 少々
・油 少々
用意する道具
・フライパン
・木べら
手順
1．まいたけは1口大に裂き、エリンギは短冊切りに
2．牛肉は大きければ1口大に切る
3．フライパンで油を熱して牛肉を炒め、半分ほど火が通ったらきのこを加える
4．酒、ポン酢を加えて炒め、全体に火が通ったら最後に黒胡椒をかけてできあがり

10分
ポイント
●きのこはしめじやしいたけなど、お好みで。舞茸だけなら包丁を使わないのでさらに時短に。
●彩りが気になる場合はいんげんやミニトマトなどを加えると◎
●牛肉がなければ豚肉でもOK
●黒胡椒はゴリゴリたっぷりめに振るのがおすすめ
