梅雨で体がダル重。あっさりしたものが食べたくて、きゅうりとみょうがで即席おつまみを作りました。薄味に仕上げているので、サラダ感覚でどっさり食べられます。茗荷の香りって、気分をすっきりさせてくれますね。梅雨時期、蒸し暑い日の食卓におすすめです！

材料
- きゅうり 1本
- みょうが 3本
- 味噌 大さじ1 ★
- 酢 大さじ1/2 ★
- 砂糖 小さじ1 ★
＊お酢のおすすめは「千鳥」。まろやかな甘みと柔らかな酸味で、酢のツンとする香りが苦手な方も食べやすいかと思います。

作り方
❶きゅうりは斜め薄切りにしてから千切りにする。
❷茗荷は縦半分に切ってから千切りにする。
❸★の調味料【味噌大さじ1・酢大さじ1/2・砂糖小さじ1】を混ぜ合わせる。
❹切ったきゅうりとみょうがを加えて合える。
❺5分ほどなじませてできあがり。
＊冷蔵庫で冷やすとさらにさっぱりとした口当たりになります。
きゅうりとみょうがを切っている時は「ちょっと多いかな？」と思うかもしれませんが、調味料と合わせると水分が抜けて量が減ります。意外と一人でぺろっといけちゃいます。倍量で作ってもいいくらい。新潟の実家の庭ではみょうががどっさり採れたものです。みょうがの大量消費にもいいですよ。
