「ジューシーな鶏肉の照り焼き」の作り方
❶鶏肉の厚みがあるところは左右に開き、厚さを均等にする。塩胡椒を全体にふりかける（1枚に4〜5振り）。
❷鶏肉の皮目には包丁で格子状に切り込みを入れ、こちらの面にも塩胡椒を全体にふりかける（1枚に4〜5振り）。
❸熱したフライパンに油大さじ1をひき、鶏肉の皮目から焼いていく。
❹焼き色がついたらひっくり返してもう片面も焼く。
❺★の材料【醤油大さじ2・酒大さじ2・みりん大さじ2・さとう大さじ1/2】を混ぜ合わせて加える。
❻タレをスプーンでかけながら両面を焼いて煮詰める。
❼タレが少なくなったら取り出し、食べやすい大きさに切ってできあがり。
