旬のほうれん草をもりもり食べられるおつまみです。豆乳の優しい味わいに、割った卵がとろ〜り絡んで口福。ほうれん草の甘さとベーコンの塩気がベストマッチ。ほうれん草が苦手な夫もこれだけは食べられます。子どもも好きな味で、朝ごはんやお弁当のおかずにもぴったり。パンをひたひたさせて、赤白ワイン、ビールのおともにもどうぞ。

- ほうれん草 1袋
- ベーコン 1パック
- 卵 3〜5個
- 豆乳 150cc
- 顆粒コンソメ 小さじ1/2
- 塩 少々
- 黒胡椒 少々
- 小麦粉 少々
- オリーブオイル 大さじ1
「ほうれん草とベーコンの豆乳グラタン」の作り方
オーブンで卵が半熟になるくらいまで焼いてできあがり。
スープ感覚で飲むように食べられるグラタンです。厚切りのデニッシュなんかをつけていただくとまたたまりません！豆乳ではなく生クリームを使うともっと濃厚になります。私はあっさりめが好きなのと、生クリームが余っても使い道があまりないので豆乳で作ります。余ったら飲めばいいww
グラタンに入れる豆乳の量は、ほうれん草の量によっても変わってくるかと思うので、あまりバシャバシャにならない量で調節してみてください。

ドミニオ・デ・タルシス ブリュット・ナチュレ（スペイン）。
ドライな辛口タイプ。クセのない爽やかな味わいで、食中酒にもぴったり。和食、洋食問わず、ふだんの食卓の延長で飲めます。ビールがわりにスイスイと。これで1,000円台なんて素晴らしい！CAVA！
