夫の両親から新米とさつまいもをたくさんいただいたので、さっそく炊き込みごはんに。やはり旬の味は格別。出汁を使わずにシンプルに仕上げた。おいも好きの娘はおかわりを要求。たくさん食べてくれている。
材料
・米 3合
・さつまいも 1本（今回は270g）
・酒 大さじ1
・塩 小さじ1
・水 550cc
・黒胡麻 少々
用意する道具
・鍋（炊飯器）
・包丁とまな板
・ざる
手順
１．米を研いで水を切り、鍋（炊飯器）に入れて水を加え、30分ほど浸水させる
２．さつまいもを洗い、1cm強のさいの目に切り、20分ほど水に浸す
３．１の鍋（炊飯器）に酒と塩を加えてよく溶かし、さつまいもを加えて炊飯する
４．炊き上がったら、さっくりと混ぜてできあがり
↓上から黒胡麻をふりかけて。

・下準備 30分
・炊飯 30分
ポイント
●さつまいもは皮ごと炊き込むので、よく洗い、根などを取り除いておく
●さつまいもは20分ほど水に浸して灰汁を取る
●塩加減はお好みで。わが家の1歳5ヶ月児はよく食べた。月齢の低いお子さんには塩分を少なめに（炊飯後に皮を取り除いたり）、大人はごま塩等で調節を。
