「生姜のみそ漬け」の材料
- 生姜 2かけ
- みそ 大さじ2 ★
- 酒 小さじ1 ★
- みりん 小さじ1 ★
「生姜のみそ漬け」に使った道具
- 包丁
- まな板
- ボウル
- 計量スプーン
- 菜ばし
- 保存容器
「生姜のみそ漬け」の作り方
❶生姜の皮を剥いて千切りにする。
❷★の材料【みそ 大さじ2、酒 小さじ1、みりん 小さじ1】を混ぜ、❶の生姜と和える。
❸保存容器に移し、冷蔵庫で1晩寝かせてできあがり。
酒、みりんの量は、使う味噌の硬さや濃さにより調節してみてください。赤だしみそで作ってもおいしいです。 そのままチビチビつまんでもよし。お肉と一緒に炒めたり、ごはんに炊き込んだり、調味料としても使えます。 さらに刻んで納豆と和えたり、書ききれないぐらいにとにかく万能！冷蔵庫の常備菜に、ぜひ。
