もうすぐやってくるひな祭り。今年は平日なので手をかけずにパパッとお祝いしたいという方も多いのでは？今日は、離乳食の頃から作っている簡単お祝いごはんをご紹介。ひな祭りに欠かせない「菱餅」を、酢めし（白）、鮭フレーク（赤）、ほうれん草（緑）で押し寿司にして作ります。道具は牛乳パックを使えば簡単！さらにいちごとヨーグルトのデザートも添えた、子どもが喜ぶごはんです。ひな祭りのお祝いの食事に迷ったら、ぜひ作ってみてください！

- ごはん 1膳分
- 寿司酢 少々
- 鮭フレーク 大さじ2〜4
- ほうれん草 茹でてカットしたものを大さじ2〜3
- いちご 5個
- プレーンヨーグルト 1/2
「ひな祭りごはん」の作り方
菱餅の色の順番は？何か意味があるの？
白・緑・赤の菱餅。どんな意味があるかご存知ですか？
白は子孫繁栄や長寿、緑は健康や新緑、赤は魔除けや解毒作用の意味合いがあるのだとか。その色の順番にも意味があって、
下から白→緑→赤の順番で、「雪の中から新芽が芽吹き、桃の花が咲いている」
下から緑→白→赤の順番で、「雪の下には新芽が芽吹き、桃の花が咲いている」
情景を表しているそうです。春の桃の節句にぴったりですね。
そんなことをお子さんとお話ししながら食べるのも楽しそうです。
ひな祭りのお祝い、お返しはどうする？
初節句は過ぎたとはいえ、何かとプレゼントしてくれる両親。今年も「何か本でも買ってー！」とお祝いのお金やらお菓子やらを色々送ってくれました。「してあげられるうちが花だから」と言ってくれるのですが、こちらの気持ちもお返ししたいところ。わが家では「消えもの」の食べ物をよく送ります。甘党な夫の実家には日持ちする焼菓子系、辛党な私の実家にはお惣菜系。2,000円前後、お互いあまり気を使わないくらいの金額設定にしています。春だから、桜とかいちごを使ったものだと華やかでいいですね。

コロナでなかなか会えない今。こうして贈り物をし合ったり、テレビ電話をしたり。マメに連絡を取り合うことで、お互い元気なことを確認しています。早く気を遣わずに会える日がやってきてほしい。遠くに暮らす両親の子を想う、今年もひな祭りです。
