2月は節分で酒が飲めるぞ酒が飲める飲めるぞ酒が飲めるぞ。日本全国酒飲み音頭のレコードを聴いて育った酒飲み母さんfj（@sake_mama）です。
2月2日の節分にはまだ早いのですが、家族が揃う日曜日に早めに開催してみました。もはや節分と関係なくなってます、ただ雰囲気で飲みたいだけです。それでも家族が楽しめるように、娘の大好きな具材を入れたり、食べやすく小さめに切ってみたり。これがおつまみにもちょうどいい！酒飲みのみなさん！恵方巻は堂々と切っておつまみにして食べましょう！！（縁起物から遠く離れる）

「恵方巻風おつまみ」の材料
- 牛肉＋エリンギ（焼肉のタレで炒めておく）
- 卵焼き＋ひきわり納豆
- カニカマ（マヨネーズ和え）＋きゅうり
- 塩漬けいくら＋スモークサーモン
- 酢飯 1合半（食べたい分だけ）
「恵方巻風おつまみ」の作り方
酢飯は手軽に市販の寿司酢を使いました。
半分に切ると断面はこんな感じ。具が寄っているのはご愛嬌。娘の「お腹すいた！」攻撃に少し焦りました。もう少しご飯を広範囲にのせて、具を丸っと包めると綺麗に仕上がるかと思います。
我が家は少しずつ好き嫌いが違うので、半分のところで少し具を変えてみました。他に、ツナマヨ、とびっこ、いかの細切り、ねぎとろ、生ハム、唐揚げ、梅、など、手巻き寿司でよく登場するものなんかはだいたい合いますよね。ご家族の好きな具で作ると楽しいと思います。具が7種で七福という本来の「恵方巻」とはかけ離れましたが、楽しく食べて飲めればそれでよし！
ちなみに今回は幅1㎝ほどに切って食べましたが、色々な味を楽しめるし、子どももパクパク食べやすいし、これは日常のメニューとしても良さそうです。ぜひお試しください！

あと、最近では↓こんな便利なものがあるんですね。太巻きが綺麗に作れそうです。100均でも売ってるそうですよ。
