冷蔵庫の中がさみしくなる週の後半。買い足した厚揚げでメインの一皿を作りました。大根おろしにポン酢を合わせて爽やかに。ボリュームたっぷりでもさっぱりといただけます。節約したい時のメニューにもおすすめです!
「厚揚げおろしポン酢」の材料

- 厚揚げ 1パック(260g)
- 大根 1/4(おろして130g)
- 大葉 4枚
- ポン酢 大さじ3+少々
- 酒 大さじ1
「厚揚げおろしポン酢」に使った道具
- フライパン
- 小鍋
- おろし金
- 包丁
- まな板
- ボウル
おろし金は↓こちらを使っています。

モダンでスタイリッシュなデザインで、キッチンに出しておいてもおしゃれ。ボウルや琺瑯容器などに引っ掛けて使えます。大根おろしを少量ほしい時にもササッと使えてササッと洗えて便利。もう10年近く使っていますが、刃こぼれもなく丈夫です。わが家では薬味用おろし金とセットで冷蔵庫脇に引っ掛けて収納しています。おすすめ。
「厚揚げおろしポン酢」の作り方

❶大根の皮を剥いてすりおろし、小鍋に酒大さじ1、ポン酢大さじ3と一緒に入れてひと煮立ちさせる。灰汁が出てくるので、キッチンペーパーで取り除いておく。

❷大葉はクルクルと巻いてから千切りにしておく。

❸厚揚げはフライパンに油をひかずに中火で焼く。

❹こんがり焼き色がついたらひっくり返して同じように焼く。

❺厚揚げの両面が焼けたら、食べやすい大きさに切る。

❻器に厚揚げを盛って❶のおろしポン酢をかけ、大葉をのせる。ポン酢少々を回しかけて完成。
カリッ!ふわっ!ジューシー!焼いた厚揚げの香ばしさにポン酢の爽やかな酸味がよく合います。食べ応え十分でお肉にも負けない満足感。大根おろしは一度煮ることでお腹にやさしい味わいに。最後にかけるポン酢はお好みで調節してみてください。
朝ごはんや晩ごはんのメインメニューはもちろん、ビールのおつまみにも最高です!
