→なすを5mm程度の薄切りにして、ゆかりふりかけと和えて冷蔵庫で半日ほどおいた。
②オクラ納豆
→朝、離乳食用にセイロで蒸したオクラ。輪切りにして引き割り納豆と和えた。
③生姜の味噌漬け
→生姜をみじん切りにして、味噌、酒、みりんで漬けた。
（これは後でレシピ書こうかな。）
④クリームチーズの酒粕漬け
→冷蔵庫に常備しているわが家の定番おつまみ。前に書いたレシピは↓に載せときます。
⑤じゃこ明太子
→明太子が一切れ残っていたので、ちりめんじゃこと和えてねぎを添えた。
⑥トマトのポン酢和え
→トマトが半分残っていたので、ザク切りにしてポン酢を少々たらり。大葉の千切りを添えた。
⑦ししとう焼き
→鉄のフライパンでししとうを素焼きにして醤油を少々たらり。鰹節をかけた。
レシピとも言い難い作り方をざっと書いてみた。冷蔵庫の中を見渡して余っているものたちを適当に組み合わせて何とか「それらしく」した形だ。
今日は「ビールを飲もう」と決めて、昼寝で汗をかいたので塩分が強めがいいなぁとか考えつつ。塩、醤油、味噌、酢、辛味、そんなのがあればいい。後はお気に入りのお皿を用意して少しずつ並べていく。あぁ、この時間がなんとも幸せ。
ちなみにこのお盆は昔夫が青森出張に行ったときに、「BUNACO（ブナコ）」のショールームで買ってきてくれたもの。ちょっと赤みがかっていて、とても美しい。ネットで探したんだけど売っていなくて。↓みたいなブラックもかっこいいなぁ。ほしい。。。
